About me
I am a qualified and experienced life coach. Motivated to start my business in 2008 after gaining a wealth of experience in the financial sector, I was expertly trained by some of the biggest organisations in the industry and responsible for guiding leaders to succeed.
I refreshed my training in 2024 and hold the Level 3 Life Coach qualification. I now combine the knowledge and expertise from financial management with my natural intuitive gifts to ignite your intuition and discover your own hidden strengths and talents and finally step into a life of joy.
My Approach
Intuitive life coaching provides the support and motivation you need to achieve your goals using recognised practices delivered with extra emphasis on the intuitive guidance available within you. I will help you get in touch with your intuition, identify what you really want from life and find the way forward.
Whether you want to change a specific area in your life or make a more comprehensive life change we will work together to kick start your confidence and motivation. You will then be ready to set clear goals and get beyond fear, self-doubt and limiting beliefs to find the right building blocks for you to take the next steps to live your dream.
Although intuitive life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, using my experience and proven intuitive techniques we will connect with your inner guide to help you achieve personal growth, identify and set the correct goals then plan ways to exceed them.
This will enable you to become more self confident, ignite motivation, overcome challenges and achieve fulfilment.

My location
Working from a private and comfortable space in Kendal, I operate throughout Cumbria and Lancashire for in-person sessions. I also offer online sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger etc for clients in the UK and abroad.
Sessions & Fees
Sessions are charged on a competitive hourly basis and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Alternatively, savings can be made by choosing one of a selection of plans, including a 4-week Accelerator plan or longer packages of 3 or 6 months. All packages are delivered in a series of 60-minute sessions. Please get in touch if you would like a complimentary initial chat and more information about the packages available.
We will be using recognised coaching practices and intuitive tools of the trade to set goals, remove blocks that prevent you from moving forward and set clear plans to lead you to success. They are designed to be friendly, informal and of course, I will
be on hand to provide support and guidance to help keep you on track throughout your chosen package.
